Welcome to LUANAR-CCEPD SAVE-funded University certificate programmes. This guide provides key information to help you prepare for and participate effectively in the training.

1. Orientation
Orientation session will be held on 23rd March 2026 at Bunda Campus, CARD Audio-Visual Room, starting at 09:00 AM. Attendance is mandatory for all participants, after the orientation Participants assigned to Nathenje RTC will be transported using a college bus.

2. Registration
Following the orientation, all training, you will be required to complete registration using valid copies of your certificates.

3. Training dates and Venues
The training will run from 23rd March – 23rd April 2026 at the venues indicated below:
i. Nathenje Rural Training Centre (RTC)
• Renewable Energy Systems
• Agricultural Mechanization

ii. Bunda Campus (CARD conference & Audio visual room)
• Dairy Entrepreneurship
• Landscape Design & Entrepreneurship
4. Accommodation and Upkeep (Meals & Allowances)
All SAVE-funded Participants will be provided with an allowance to cover meals and other incidentals throughout the training period. Participants are advised to manage their upkeep responsibly for the entire duration of the training.
i. Participants whose programmes will be conducted at Bunda Campus will be required to secure their own accommodation, with a maximum budget of MWK 40,000, which will be covered by the Centre.
ii. For participants hosted at Nathenje RTC, accommodation will be fully provided and paid for by the Centre.

5. Second Eligibility Screening
All participants will undergo a second eligibility screening upon registration. This process is meant to verify documentation and confirm eligibility for the programme. Participants must bring all required original documents, including copies of academic certificates. Failure to meet the eligibility requirements at this stage may result in disqualification from the scholarship.
6. Attendance of Training sessions
You are required to attend all the sessions and sign an attendance sheet on a daily basis. The certificate of completion will only be awarded to those that will complete a full course.
Attendance at all training sessions is mandatory, and failure to comply may result in the revocation of the scholarship.
