About ACE II - APA

The Africa Centre of Excellence in Agricultural Policy Analysis (APA) is committed to transforming agri-food systems by fostering strong collaborations between academic institutions and key stakeholders in the agricultural sector.

The center is hosted by the Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources (LUANAR), Bunda Campus, Malawi. APA strives to provide evidence-based and actionable policy recommendations on critical issues affecting agri-food systems by collaborating with leading local and international universities and other practitioners

Dorcas Jepngetich Bett

Student

Dorcas Jepngetich Bett is a female international postgraduate student from Eldoret City in Kenya and a graduate of Moi University with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics and Resource Management. She is one of the international students sponsored by the Centre for Agricultural Policy Analysis (APA-ACEII).
She has some prior experience in the field of extension and impact evaluation assessments as she was part of a project at VI Agroforestry in Nandi and Uasin Gishu counties in Kenya.
