Dedicated and results-driven Animal Scientist with extensive expertise in small ruminant production, nutrition, management and keen interest in nutrigenomics. Exploring the relationship between animal diets and gene expression to enhance the production of meat and milk with nutraceutical properties. My research aims to produce livestock-derived foods that offer potential health benefits, such as mitigating risks associated with chronic diseases like cancer, atherosclerosis, and type 2 diabetes.
