The Natural Resources College (NRC) Registrar’s office is pleased to announce important information regarding campus residential accommodation for new students selected into Generic Bachelor’s Programmes for the 2025/2026 academic year, commencing on 11th August 2025.

Students who have been allocated on-campus accommodation are advised to report to campus during the first week of the semester. Upon arrival, students must complete necessary clearance procedures as guided by the House Keeper’s Office and the Office of the Assistant Registrar-Student Welfare. Failure to report within this specified period without prior communication will result in the forfeiture of the allocated space.

1. Accommodation Fee Payment Details:
Accommodation reservations are exclusively available to students who have paid at least half of their tuition fees. The accommodation fee is MK 134,000 per semester. This amount covers a full four-month semester and must be deposited into the NRC fees account.

2. Important Payment Instructions:
Accommodation fees should ONLY be deposited if you have applied for accommodation and your name appears on the official list of students granted campus accommodation.

Proof of payment will be required prior to accommodation allocation upon arrival on campus. Candidates MUST ensure their full name is well indicated on the fees deposit slips. Deposit slips must be duly stamped, and valid deposit slips should be presented at the accounts office for verification and or receipt issuance.
