Tijoy holds an MSc. and a BSc. Degrees of Science in Food Science and Technology (LUANAR 2022 & 2018), Certificate in Laboratory Quality Management Systems (MBS, 2024), Certificate in Wine and Wine Making (Stellenbosch University of South Africa, 2018). Has managed WorldFish, FAO-UN and AquaFish Projects as a research Fellow. Accomplished the promotion of the underutilised small fish species through the transformation and integration of animal fish protein into school-feeding programs in Malawi.
