He currently serves as the Head of the Department of Agribusiness Management at the Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources (LUANAR), where he has played a pivotal role in expanding academic programs, streamlining research processes, and mentoring students. With over two decades of experience in academia, Mr. Kamanga has held various leadership positions, including Executive Dean of Commerce at Exploits University, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Commerce at the University of Malawi, and Deputy Head of the Accountancy Department at The Polytechnic (now Malawi University of Business and Applied Sciences).
