EDUCATION BACKGROUND 2018 Currently, I am pursuing masters in Animal Science at LUANAR from October, 2018 and expected to finish in September, 2019. 2016 BSc. in Animal Science with credit at (LUANAR), Bunda Campus, Lilongwe. 2012 Diploma in Animal Health and Livestock Production with credit at Natural Resources College, Lilongwe. 1996 Certificate in Veterinary Science with credit and was the best Practical Candidate. 1993 Malawi School Certificate of Education with credit at Mchinji Secondary School. 1991 Junior Certificate of Education at Mchinji Secondary School.
JOB EXPERIENCE 2012 to date Chief Small Ruminant Technician, LUANAR-Bunda Campus as a livestock instructor responsible for practical, diseases control and Lab supervision. 2003 to2012 Livestock Technician (Farm Manager), Bunda College, Animal Science Department responsible for farm management including disease control. 2002 to 2003 Assistant Estate Manager and Dairy Manager at Tawa Estate responsible for general management (human resource), livestock disease control, milk processing and livestock production. 1999 to 2002 Feedlot Manager, Steers feedlot in Chikwawa responsible for general beef herd management, purchasing steers from farmers, sales and banking and herd healthy. 1998 to 1999 Veterinary Drug Sales Assistant, Share Care Veterinary Limited, Maselema, Blantyre. Customer care services, drug inventory, invoicing, make drug orders, maintaining cash float and banking. 1996 to 1998 Veterinary Assistant, Ministry of Agriculture, Blantyre ADD at Nkaladzi dipping tank responsibilities include; livestock extension (pasture, sheep and goat production) among other species, Veterinary Public Health (Meat Inspection), disease diagnosis, treatments and surveillance.
