OVERVIEW: Wilson Kaumbata, Dr.nat.tech; is a Senior Lecturer in Animal Production and Livestock Economics at Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources (LUANAR). He is a seasoned researcher with vast experience in designing and managing on-farm research and development projects. He has developed several competitive research project proposals that secured grants totalling to US$330,000. He has collaborated with local and international researchers in several research and development projects. Wilson has also served as a guest lecturer at at Universität Hohenheim (University of Hohenheim), Germany, since April 2022 to date, delivering lectures in Pig Production in the Tropics and Subtropics for the MSc. Program in Animal Breeding and Sustainable Development.
