Wanangwa Banda is the Monitoring and Evaluation Office Intern who has M&E experience from LUANAR. Of particular note is that he deals with developing and reviewing M&E instruments be it for projects, program or strategic plan, collecting, recording, analyzing, processing and informing data as well as participating in development of new programs and proposals. Specifically, he has participated in development of a number of programmmes, strategic plan, ODeL M&E frameworks that track performance and digitalizing the same. He also has participated in development of new proposals which have been duly granted for instance SAVE project.
Actively participates in the formulation of budgets namely Performance Management Plans and Budget (PMPB) and Programme Based Budget (PBB) submitted to government for subvention. He has a strong research and data collection background with local and international organisations which includes Centre for Global Development, Education and Development Solutions as a local consultant and World Vision, Concern Worldwide and Care International as research assistant.
Over 8 years, his work has included qualitative data analysis, report writing, collecting, entering and compiling data. His experience made him understand the processes and procedures in monitoring and evaluation, Malawi education, research context very well.
