The Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources (LUANAR) is implementing a project called “Creating Evidence-Based Nutrition Responses Through Empirical Research (CENTER) II” with funding from the Embassy of Ireland. The CENTER II project aims to contribute towards responding to Objective 8 in the National Multi-Sector Nutrition Strategic Plan of 2018 to 2022 which is “to enhance evidence-based programming through nutrition monitoring, evaluation, research, and surveillance”.
The Project has organized a two-day virtual training in Writing Successful Grant Proposals to be held on 27th and 28th October 2022. The training will cover the following key topics:
Target Audience: Early-to-mid (10 years below) career academics, Postdocs, and Postgraduate students pursuing research in Food, Nutrition, Dietetics, Health and closely allied disciplines in research institutes and universities from Malawi, Ireland, Europe and Southern Africa.
